Now that summer is waining we are finally getting the summer series out. Sorry for the delays but we guarantee it is going to be worth the wait. We have put together investors from all corners of investing to give you a survey of different types of investing. Every other week for the next 5 weeks you will get a taste of some great ideas from multifamily investing this week to investing in hotels and everything in between. Buckle up it is going to be a fun ride.
Matt Martinez
Matt is the Author of Two Years to a Million in Real Estate. He took a very sensible approach to amassing quite a bit of real estate quickly. The point isn’t the time though it is the quality of investment properties and doing it correctly. His book is filled with great real world examples of each of the properties he bought throughout that time. Today he sat down with Andy to discuss his strategy and how he went from the software business to real estate investing in two short years.
